Aspen Surgical Acquires Symmetry Surgical

Aspen Surgical, a producer of disposable surgical products and a portfolio company of Audax Group, has purchased Symmetry Surgical, a maker of electrosurgery products, instruments and minimally invasive surgical devices, from Roundtable Healthcare Partners.  The acquisition diversifies Aspen’s offerings into electrosurgery including bipolar forceps and generators, along with instruments for other specialties.  Terms not announced.
